Harrow Mencap Charity Concert
In assosciation with Harrow Mencap, supporting individuals with disabilities and their families for over sixty years, we're proud and excited to announce a very special concert taking place at the Harrow Arts Centre on Saturday the 11th of February 2012 at 7:30pm.
